Return Policy
Anova Health commits to provide you with the highest quality products for your practice and your health. As a GMP compliant company, you can be confident that the product you receive is fresh and has been maintained under the proper conditions at all times. We do not resell returned items.
Occasionally a product may need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. For a return authorization, please call 864-408-8320 during the hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm EST. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 25% return processing fee and the product will not be resold.
If Anova Health has made an error in executing your order or there is damage, we will fix it 100% to your satisfaction. Please contact 864-408-8320 so we can make every effort to resolve your issue.
To return a product please ship it to Anova Health Inc, 107 Miller Rd A1, Mauldin, SC 29662. Include a copy of your invoice.
